This agreement ( said Terms ) govern your access to the dynextrade website, platform and services the "Services") provided by dynextrade. Account creation constitutes acceptance these Terms in full.
1. Who may join. You must be adults in their jurisdiction and contractually capable to sign binding agreements. Where we is unlicensed or excluded, locals may not join. Profile correctness and 2FA confidentiality are your duty.
2. The Services. dynextrade operates an electronic trading platform for the assets shown on this website. We do not give investment recommendation; all trading decisions stays with you. Displayed market data is informational only and may lag or be imprecise sometimes.
3. Risk notice. Trading involves serious downside and is for those able to absorb it. Leverage can push drawdowns past your initial margin. Only trade capital whose total loss you can absorb.
4. Costs. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear on our Fees page and make part of this agreement. Fees may change after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Manipulation, abusing technical holes, rights breaches and illegal use are not permitted. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability limits. To the fullest legal extent, dynextrade is not liable for indirect, incidental and consequential losses connected to your use.
7. Amendments. These Terms may change periodically. Continued use after changes means agreement. Governing law is the registering jurisdiction of our operating entity.
